Just a note of thanks and to let you know that after one month your “electronically challenged, computer illiterate” is actually surviving (and loving it) in our new home. When we first met it was just to decide on security – which was daunting enough. We then got into Lutron Lighting, Creston Systems, TV’s, remotes, telephones and last but not least Central VAC!! Everything sounded wonderful but I knew I wouldn’t be able to figure it all out. You told me “Don’t worry – everything will be easy.” Sure, I said (and rolled my eyes). Well, you did it! Everything is as simple as “on-off” or “up-down” which I told you was what I was capable of. I left everything in your hands to work out what our needs and wants were and how we could handle them. But I must say it was your great crew who helped us to understand and use everything. They were wonderful! Shawn, David, Joe, Paul and George were so patient and helpful in every way. We are truly enjoying everything because of its simplicity. You make it easy (to borrow a phrase) “even a caveman can do it.” Who knows, I may even get a computer next!!! Best regards to all.
